All interactions, inquiries, and technical scoping estimates provided through this website are preliminary and aimed at general assessment. A formal, legally binding consulting agreement (including defined statements of work, delivery timelines, intellectual property terms, and payment schedules) must be signed by both parties before any actual development or engineering work begins.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a signed Statements of Work (SOW):

• All design, content, typography, and interactive components published on this website are the sole property of Scott Windon.
• Any generic boilerplates, RAG templates, or foundational libraries utilized by me during development remain mine or their respective open-source owners' property.
• Upon receipt of final milestone payments for a contracted project, all custom-engineered code, database layouts, and project-specific assets transfer completely to the client.

4. User Conduct and Form Submissions

When using my contact form, you agree to submit only accurate, truthful, and lawful information. You are strictly prohibited from transmitting any malicious files, automated spam, scrapers, or other code intended to degrade or disrupt this website's performance or breach security layers.
